Introduction
Welcome to WinPulseTrace.com (“WinPulseTrace”, “we”, “our”, “the Platform”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our weekly charity prize draws. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Operator and Promoter
All prize draws promoted on this website are operated solely by:
Visatech srl
Registered with the Fundraising Regulator (Registration period: 1 May 2025 – 30 April 2026)

WinPulseTrace is promoted and maintained by an authorized advertising and marketing partner acting strictly in that capacity.
The advertising partner does not operate the draw, select winners, or handle draw administration.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
  • We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time.
  • Any entries submitted by individuals under 18 will be void.

Nature of the Service
WinPulseTrace hosts charity prize draws.
We do NOT offer:

  • casino games
  • gambling
  • betting
  • virtual currency
  • wagering activities
    All entries purchased support fundraising activities operated by Visatech srl.

Entry Costs
Unless stated otherwise:

  • £2 per entry
  • £8 for 5 entries
  • Additional promotional bundles may be offered.
    Entry fees are final and non-refundable.

Free Entry Method
A free entry method is available to all participants. Instructions are provided on the Free Entry Method page.
Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

Draw Closing and Winner Selection

  • Each weekly draw closes every Monday at 17:00 UK time.
  • The draw takes place every Monday at 18:00 UK time.
  • Winners are selected by a random, verifiable process administered solely by Visatech srl.
  • The decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours.
  • Winner names (first name + initial + city) may be published on the Winners page unless you request anonymity.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Prizes
Prizes may include:

  • cash amounts
  • consumer electronics
  • gift cards
  • monthly grand prizes
    Cash alternatives may be provided for physical prizes at equivalent value.

Prize Delivery

  • Cash prizes are delivered via bank transfer.
  • Physical prizes are shipped within 14 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to void entries, refuse participation or close accounts if we detect:

  • fraudulent behaviour
  • multiple accounts
  • automated entries
  • abusive conduct
  • violation of these Terms

Limitation of Liability
WinPulseTrace and its advertising partners shall not be liable for:

  • technical issues
  • system failures
  • incorrect entry information
  • postal delays
  • losses unrelated to actual prize fulfilment
    Visatech srl remains solely responsible for draw operation and fairness.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
